Anxiety attack has become a very common ailment among many of us. The anxiety attack symptoms can be categorized into emotional and physical indicants. Physical indicants are associated with bodily changes while emotional indicants are associated with emotions and mental state of the patient. Some of the very common and disturbing ones are discussed below:

Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Attack

Over Sweating: You start sweating severely and you do not know ‘why’. This is one of the common anxiety attack symptom that makes the person feel uncomfortable.
Pounding Heart: Heart beats faster than normal. When you are stuck by anxiety, you might start feeling a pain in your heart that might force you to clutch your heart with your hands during those tense moments.
Frequent Urination: Due to the delirious fear that is often associated with anxiety attacks, you might feel that you want to urinate often. This is inexplicably irritating and you might feel that you are unable to control this urge when you are stuck by anxiety attacks.
Stomach Upset: When you are about to get stuck by an anxiety attack, this symptom can serve as a forecast of the attack that is going to get on you. You might feel that there are butterflies whirling in your stomach.
Twitches: The jerks are usually uncommon and prove to be symptoms in cases of intense anxiety attacks. This is not as serious as the jerks that are associated with epilepsy. But, these nips are unnerving and disturbing.
Fatigue: You might feel that you have lost all your strength.? This is a very common anxiety attack symptom that is often reported by many who suffer from such attacks.
Deliquium: Many of the patients who suffer from anxiety have the tendency to faint and become temporarily unconscious.
Emotional Anxiety Attack Symptoms
Apprehensive Feelings: People stuck with anxiety attacks often have the tendency to worry about anything and everything. They might not want to do things just because of the fear that they might get into one such attack again. They might be worried and are always watchful of something going wrong.
Unrestrained Fear and Agony: The agony that they undergo during these attacks induces an irrational and unrestrained fear in them for everything in life.
Tension and Petulance: Being tensed is a very common?indicant of being anxious and worried about something that is going to come.
Unwanted Anticipation of Repetitive Attacks: People who get the anxiety attacks frequently fear that they might undergo the same agony again and they often avoid being in groups.
Fear of Loosing Control of Oneself: This is one of the very common emotional anxiety attack symptom where the person feels as if he is loosing all his control.
