Sexism & Homophobia
The advent of the modernism in the human culture has led to many problems that do not limit themselves to only one issue. The sex has been an important topic in the 20th century with all the scenes changing rapidly. Women have always been considered as a lowly factor in the human culture which makes them void of most of the freedom that they require due to equality of human beings. It has also been the case due to this that women have most of the time have been unable to discriminate their habits and deeds or more precisely does not want their feelings to move out.
Conceptualizing prejudice against gays and lesbians as a social problem worthy of scholarly attention was not new, but Weinberg was the first to give it a name. All this time the women have been considered only as to give birth to a child. They didn’t have any choices to make in their lives. This is the case that straight women who are heterosexual have been quite reserve in this society and they don’t allow anyone to interfere their personal lives. With the homosexuality entering into the culture the scenery has been changed quite a bit. Because of the religious factors and other social issues, homosexuality hasn’t yet got the approval of the majority in the US or in other countries as well. Homophobia is what which considered being as the problem that has been generated in the humans because of hatred they have for homosexual. It is deemed as a sin and the people who are committing must have a severe consequence for their actions.
With the freedom a debatable issue in the democratic parts of the world, everyone is allowed to live their lives how to want to live it. This law gives the opportunity to everyone to live either as homo or straight thus placing a thin red line in between which sometimes is crossed by many people sometimes as a source of inspiration or sometimes as a source of curiosity. But whatever is being done is seen differently in different parts of the world and cultures.
The future aspects of homophobia are quite obvious when we look at the sex culture in America or any other country. The broadness in the minds of the people has allowed them to let go these events unnoticed allowing other people to choose whatever they want in life. The future seems darker to some people who are straight and brighter to those who are homo. The life changing has been quite phenomenal in this era of time.
On the whole the issue of sex and homophobia has become a serious issue for all those who are a part of this culture.
