The best way to Open Your Energy Flow
Everything is energy. The Universe, you, me, everything! Science has confirmed what mystics have been saying for centuries, when you look into seemingly solid objects, you will discover smaller and smaller particles and much more space, until you arrive at the quantum level, the field of infinite possibilities, Source itself.
Einstein said energy can neither be created nor destroyed just transformed into an additional form of energy. The law of attraction enables the intentional use of the source of creation – pure energy! You are often creating.
From the infinite field of Source energy to physical form, creation begins as the lightest impulse, becomes an inspired concept, a thought, then action until it is manifested on the physical plane. Thoughts, ideas and emotions are the pathways of energy, starting with subtle vibrations and becoming denser until they appear in form.
The law of attraction states that like energy attracts like energy. Energy flows where your attention goes. You’ll get extra of whatever energy level you are vibrating at. Even if it’s a lot more of what you do not want if your attention or emotions are focused on that. Whenever you are in alignment with source energy you might be powerfully creative and filled with joy, enthusiasm and inspiration.
3 Suggestions to focus your attention and get your energy flowing.
Gratitude. When you come from an attitude of gratitude you’re open fully to the flow of source energy. Emotions are magnetic and draw like unto like. Come across 5 things to be grateful for every single day, you’ll be able to always discover a lot more than 5 but use it as a starting point. You may like to write them down in a notebook each morning or evening. Open your heart to really feel the gratitude as you do this exercise.
Breathing. Life is breathing in spirit – inspiration. Deep abdominal breathing helps to circulate energy through our body and releases tension, stress and acidity. Standard Chinese Medicine emphasizes breathing into the lower belly. Begin by breathing in by way of the nostrils, expanding the belly and letting the belly relax on the out breath. Mouth breathing is a wasted breath and does not enhance the Chi- life force energy. Try 3 minutes of deep breathing three times a day to release stale, stuck energy and bring in new life force.
Present Moment Awareness. When you make the present moment the focus, as opposed to the past or future, you improve your connection to Source energy. Being in the moment increases your ability to appreciate what you do and you will discover your high quality of life improves. Locate the joy of being in the moment in what you’re performing. When you have tasks to do you hate or locate stressful, can you open into acceptance or stop performing them. Delegate the tasks. Any tension will shut down your energy flow and take you out of the present moment awareness of joy.
Start now with taking a deep breath, on the exhalation feel of something you might be grateful for, you will naturally come across yourself within the present moment. Have fun with the exercise.
