6. Go to the gym and do some exercise for 1 hour. Then, take a rest for a while and go take a shower. This can help eliminate your bad feelings and start afresh.
7. Vent it out on the Internet. Don’t laugh because this is a very effective thing to do. You can create an anonymous account in an online forum or social networking site and share your bad feels there. This can quickly take your bad feelings away. Yes, this method is very effective, I have tried it many times and it works everytime. But, don’t spend too much time on the Internet because you can waste a lot of time there if you are not careful with managing your time.
