Work Based Skills
Proficiency is eventual intend of a learner. In addition, education is a process to learn about the field related subjects theoretically as well practically. Learning process is a combination of grouped working skills and theoretical concepts to apply them in real-time practical work scenario. The work management enables you to get appropriate and best results from the work done. However, management of tasks and a practical solution to the problems can make the difference. The evolution process of learning things is based on the experience learned form the practical activities done by a worker in accordance to the management of work and appropriate solution to the problems.
My Experience of Learning and Self Assessment:
Learning is an evolutionary process to get aware about things through practical experience as well to lean form the theories. Before explaining my experience I would like to tell my negligence and the problems that I’ve faced during work.
My Negligence:
I’ve observed from my poor work done that the nonattendance of class sessions and to improperly anticipate in group work has made me unable to prepare a great task. The time management was also very poor, I didn’t spent much time to edit or proofread my paper and hasn’t played any role in group work to understand the work properly. My coordination with the group members was poor; I’ve learned from my negligence that the class sessions are very important to get knowledge about the subject and to be successful in papers. An effective coordination between the group members is also very essential for the good output as a group work.
Me, My Group, and Our Work:
The poor work done by me and my group have resultantly provided us the bad conclusion. The improper understanding of task and non-coordinative efforts from us has taught us to be serious about the studies and pay full attention to the work assigned. An other problem was the conceptual understanding of the topic was not matched actually between the group and individually which has created the mess at the eleventh hour. If another chance will be given to me, I will make sure the utmost coordination between the group members as well as individually and make it possible to have a good research before writing the paper and must proof read it before submitting it to the professor.
Our Negligence:
We’ve observed as a group after getting the poor result from our professor, that we did not share the information between us. I thing it was a major cause in group working to not share and exchange the information or progress between the group members. No one knows that what is going on when and how to compile the contents or concepts. A poor research work has done by us which were also not properly referenced. At the last hour it created mess, and makes it difficult to complete the tasks properly. I think we as a team have shown our negligence to the work, which have given us the worst results.
