Of course I’m not trying to tell you that you can just sit around and get into great physical shape. But, if you need a little boost in core strength with improved balance in the bargain, adding an exercise ball to your TV watching routine or at your computer might just do the trick.

Basically it comes down to balance. It’s amazing all the things your body will do to stay in balance. A great majority of the muscles in our body will spring into action to do just this, and will keep working until your body feels secure.

If you’re typing it will also cause tiny movements in your arms and hands and make small changes in the muscles and tendons that are susceptible to repetitive stress injuries.
