As a struggling artist, Sean Patrick McGraw entered the ‘We are Listening’ Singer/Songwriter song contest in 2008. With a song entry that stunned the judges, McGraw, reached the finals of the competition and is now, one of the hottest new Country music sensations. At the song contest, he was introduced to Beth Wernick the experienced song placement professional. This introduction, lead to McGraw’s song – ‘A Drink with Hank’ – being sung on the popular new HBO series ‘True Blood’. He will also be featured in top Country singer Toby Keith’s upcoming summer concerts. McGraw has won many more song contests. His song ‘Fiona’ won the first place at the ‘Independent Music Awards’ in 2008, the ‘Mountain Stages New Song Festival’ and also the ‘American Songwriting Competition’. This song has been hailed as one of the ‘classiest country songs’ by top music critics. His brand of rock country music has got him thousands of fans and his show at the ‘Hard Rock Café’ in Nashville opened to rave reviews. He performed at this year’s CMA Music Festival alongside Country singers like Cowboy Troy and Sarah Buxton. Sean McGraw also performed at the US Cellular Field before the Chicago White Sox – Mariners game where he sang the National Anthem.
