Sports engage the movement of people or various objects like balls, machines or equipment.

Playing sports is a desired activities and it offers several health benefits, thus contributing to one’s physical and mental well-being. Sports play a very important task in the improvement of one’s individuality by being a foundation of exercise and entertainment.

It represents the players to both portions of life, achievements and disappointment. Sports build a competitive strength among kids and coach them to be participatory if involvement concludes with a win or a defeat. Sports help children to develop discipline. They learn to set aims and then work to reach those aims as well as our children learn that by working hard they can achieve the things that they would like to be in their lives. A person can be taught by plying playing sports to believe the successes and failures as a positive spirit.

Nowadays it is recognized that playing sports is an excellent exercise, which make sure a large variety of health advantages. Playing sports decrease the sugar in the blood, blood cholesterol, the chances of hypertension, and other stress disorders. The people who play sports regularly can remove depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders then others who do not play. So, Sports do not just involve your physical health, but have a positive effect on your mental health. The activities you obtain from playing sports liberate endorphins, or neurotransmitters in the brain that diminish pain and can provoke a feeling of euphoria.

Sports also increase self-control and self-awareness, and can help resolve things to teach your body in your skin and exploit the best features of the body, and perhaps to lose weight and get in shape. During sports activities we can build teamwork and personal interaction .It is helped us to reduce social anxiety and interpersonal problems.

Plying sports can make a significant contribution to the welfare of people in developing countries like Bangladesh. Sports, exercise, physical activity have long been applied in the treatment and therapy of non-communicable and communicable illness. Sports or physical activity of individuals is a powerful means of disease prevention and it can be the most successful way to improve the health of the population.
