Eagerly-awaited Hungarian Food Store Opens In London

Hungarians living in London or the South-East of England were delighted to find that a new foodstore started trading in the middle of April selling a variety of Hungarian foods. These cover a wide number of categories such as baking, basic foodstuffs, dairy products, drinks, meat products, nuts, pastas, rice, pickled vegetables, spices, sauces, sweets, tea, coffee and vegetables. The store, trading as www.ordereurofood.co.uk plans to sell products from other European countries in the future.

The store delivers refrigerated and non-refrigerated products to customers residing in London post-codes beginning with N, S, W, E, HA, BR, KT, CR, EN,TW, UB, IG, DA, SM, TN and RM (or any others around the London area).

Deliveries are made at the week-end. Deliveries of non-refrigerated products are made to other parts of England, Wales and Scotland during the week days by their delivery partners.

Ask them very nicely and for a special treat which you can’t get locally, they may be prepared to ship non-perishable products worldwide!

Customers who have the benefit of living within physical reach of the company may also collect goods ordered via www.ordereurofood.co.uk at a local collection point (in Albany Road, Hornchurch, Essex) situated in the London transport zone 6 (London borough of Havering). Delivery charges paid when ordering the goods are reimbursed to the customer if the goods are collected at this local collection point.

Virag Lenner, General Manager of www.ordereurofood.co.uk was quoted as saying “We are excited we are able to provide a wide range of Hungarian products to people living in most of the UK. We think that foods such as the Gyulai and Pick sausages, Turo Rudi cottage cheese dessert with dark chocolate, Nobilis apple chips covered with chocolate, Traubisoda sparkling soft drink, Gyori Pilota biscuits, Cherry Queen Liqueur Truffle Dessert and Omnia ground coffee will be particularly popular. We are planning to expand our range of foods and are working hard to find ways to deliver refrigerated products to a much wider area in the future. Keep an eye on us as we want to make a difference! Please contact me via the website if you have any questions and I’ll be happy to help.”

So appears one more thread in the cosmopolitan fabric of life in London.
