5. Letter from company / Any document of communication issued by any establishment of Central / State Government or local body showing residential place of residence or business where one can be contacted
6. Income / Wealth Tax assessment order (with address)
7. Any documentary proof in support of residential address satisfactory
to the Bank
8. In case of married women address proof of the husband is satisfactory
