The Fun of Becoming a Co-Active Coach CPCC

The Co-Active Coach CPCC curriculum begins the road to mastering as a co-active Coach. This in-depth six-month program is recognized as the most rigorous in the industry and includes hands-on sports coaching, ongoing group work and supervision of actual coaching sessions. After successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the written and oral certification exam, with the goal of becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). The Prerequisites of the course includes completion of the first four co-active core coaching courses – fundamentals of co-active sports coaching, fulfillment, balance and process, and having an established coaching relationship with either a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation The outcomes of Co-Active Coach CPCC are: getting a professional credential from the world’s best applied-practice, ICF-accredited, coach-training program, in-depth and personalized feedback about the sports coaching from experienced coaches, learning by modeling pioneers in the industry, richer, longer client relationships as a result of the skills learned in combination with the deepening of confidence and authenticity in using these skills, belonging to a powerful network of professional colleagues, Certified Professional Co-Active coach (CPCC), being eligible to participate in practice building and client referral opportunities with CTI. The Six-Month Co-Active Coach CPCC curriculum consists of the following components: weekly group teleconference calls, which provide a forum for practical learning application and group support, pre-recorded lectures and trainings by CTI founders and leaders that offer content and sample sports coaching sessions on the topic of the week, homework and reading assignments, which deepen candidate’s knowledge and experience of Co-Active Coach CPCC, and finally, graduates earn the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), graduates work with a selected number of coaches individually who are committed to raising their bar and taking a stand for excellence. The Co-Active Coach CPCC is also passionate to work with coaches who want to make their business thrive and make their mark. The Co-Active Coach CPCC also offers coaching for small groups of coaches who are looking to fulfill their mentor coach requirements for ACC renewal, or ACC/PCC credentialing application.
