The resin usually come with hardener, so do not forget to add that.

Now that we have the exact materials for building it, we need to mark out the space where we want to fit it in. this can be done with the help of some markers. Now you have to mix the resin and the hardener and the mixture can be painted on the back of the tape with the help of a brush to create the box. Apply a layer of fiberglass mat over the resin and then apply another layer of resin on top of it. When this dries up in a couple of hours, fit it into the back of the panel. Always apply a few extra layers of matting so that the panel does not crack.

This completes the back of the enclosure. For the front of the same, you will need ? inch mdf, some towel rods, glue and a little amount of panty hose. Take the sub face as the measuring instrument, draw a circle and cut out the mdf. Now that this is done, measure the inside of the sub ring so that you can fix a ring into which the sub woofer speaker will fit into it. You can use your own discretion to fit the speaker wherever you want it to. Now use the dowel rods to fix the inside of the speaker box, albeit the sub enclosure. Now use the panty hose to stretch it over the ring from the front to the back of the box. This keeps the box in an enclosed position. Use staples or glue to keep it fixed. Now that the speaker box is done, you cut the inside of the ring where the sub woofer will go and fit inside. Use around 3-4 layers of resin and mat for this and Voila! Your speaker box is done!
