****Aziz Ansari:
Aziz Ansari is a newly popular actor and comedian. He stars as Tom Haverford on the NBC comedy Parks and Recreation and is the 2010 host of the MTV Movie Awards. Ansari also created and starred in the critically acclaimed, cult MTV sketch show Human Giant. Ansari began his career performing stand-up comedy in New York while attending New York University. He performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre frequently. In 2005, Rolling Stone included him in their annual “Hot List” as their choice for the “Hot Standup,” and subsequently won an Award for “Best Standup” at HBO’s U.S. Comedy Arts Festival.
****Kunal Nayyar:
Kunal Nayyar is a British-born comic actor of Indian origin. He is currently known for his role as Rajesh Koothrappali on the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory.
Nayyar teamed up with Oroon Das to write the critically acclaimed play Cotton Candy, which is currently still running in New Delhi, India. Nayyar also previously guest-starred in the CBS drama NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) in the episode “Suspicion” (Season 4, Episode 12), in which he played Youssef Zidan, a terrorist. He was on The Bonnie Hunt Show in 2009 and on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson twice in 2010.

Adhir Kalyan is a South African born actor of Indian origin, best known for his role as David Spade’s assistant on the CBS sitcom Rules of Engagement. Adhir was born in Durban, South Africa. His mother, Santosh Vinita “Sandy” Kalyan, is a member of the Parliament of the South African National Assembly where she represents the Democratic Alliance. Kalyan’s movie appearances include Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Up in the Air, Fired Up, and the 2010 film Youth in Revolt.

Jay Chandrasekhar is an actor, comedian, writer, and film director with the comedy team Broken Lizard. Chandrasekhar was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of physicians, who both have Tamil Indian heritage. Chandrasekhar is best known for directing the film version of The Dukes of Hazzard, as well as the troupe’s own films, Super Troopers, Club Dread, Beerfest, and The Slammin’ Salmon. Jay is also the cousin of actor Sendhil Ramamurthy, who currently plays the role of Mohinder Suresh in the NBC drama Heroes.
