Also, brushing frequently and flossing your teeth regularly will help keep bacteria from settling on your teeth and tongue. When food gets trapped between your teeth, remove it by flossing. Regular dentist visits also help. Be sure to use a good toothbrush and don’t forget to brush your tongue.
