Billy D Mitchell, 76 year young Senior who is still working for himself as a Programmer, Author, Publisher and Webmaster. He has learned to write Windows Internet Explorer’s HTML programs enabling him to publish his books with Lulu.com eBooks and on CD-ROM. Also, Amazon’s Createspace.com in print. He is the Webmaster of his Mitchls Book Store that sells his books.
