Experiencing Personal Growth By Being Your True Self
There are many ways to seek the ability to become who we are. There are many paths we can use to alter ourselves to become better. But if we come from a place of changing what is on the outside, we will never find peace nor come to the conclusion we were hoping for. True change must first begin from within, that way when it comes to the outside of ourselves we are really finding the correct paths. We can not alter ourselves so much as listen to what we need, see ourselves clearly through our actions so that we can become who we are destined to be.
Often, letting go of our past frees up space to see who we really are. Allowing ourselves the presence of being who we really are, that is growth. Not hindering ourselves by holding back through emotional blocks, but being free to feel in the moment. To be present through release allows us to be just as we are. There is no more growth needed, but a continuation of understanding and enlightenment on our own journey.
To be free of the desire to meet certain needs, often those imposed by others, allows ourselves to gain insight into our true needs. Instead of looking for a way to fit in or the act of molding ourselves, we must release that act. For mostly it is such a performance headed in the direction society has deemed fit. Our ourselves desire nothing more than to be as they are.
You may even notice you on the outside transforming into a clearer picture of who you really are. When this begins to happen, when you are honest with yourself for who you really are, the wish to be different disappears. You allow the truth of who you are to shine through. When you do, you will lose all desire to change, the kind of change you think you need to fit in. Because from within is the real you, happy, content, and at peace with everything you already are. When this happens, you’ll find yourself freed up to explore the real journey you are meant for. Through this you will grow as a person, because you have found yourself and can see what really interests you, pulls you, and guides you, for it is your truth.
