In this context we define career planning in association to future goals, achievements and aspirations. This is a career goal that one would like to achieve in a certain field or occupation in future and putting forth the necessary strategies to ensure this. The career goal helps one to make a decision as to what field one would like to venture in or what to do for a living. This allows one to get the best career which meets all the criteria for instance interests, roles, values and the working environment. Career exploring process has to look at aspects like the salary, related occupations, education related occupations, training and the roles to be played once employed. The career planning process can not be successful without working in a good reputable company or organization. This calls for strategic industrial research to be able to secure a good job with a good company.
