The person may attack physically by kicking, hitting, punching, spitting, or causing other types of harm to the person. Our body and mind will grow tense when we get angry. When you feel this, you should quickly asses the feeling. Ask yourself questions such as why am I mad? And why do I fee this way? By probing your feelings, you might just find answers to your anger and not provoke it more. Those who can no longer contain their anger would usually explode in rage at their target. This is why doing something harmless such as moving the angry person’s belonging could lead to the victim being attacked verbally and worse physically.
No one can live without ever getting to a spot where their anger is tested to the max. With this said it is unjust to let your anger rule your actions and making others pay. Management of anger is vital in order to live life without regrets of letting your anger take control of a difficult situation Always reason with yourself and you will find that you become least threat to yourself and others around you whenever you feel slightly agitated.
