Printer Support Helped Me Beat the Market This Time!
Ever had the feeling of doing everything right, but in a second everything is ruined due to a technical snag? Well that happened to me in November just as the markets were recovering a little. I had made a good deal and all I needed to do was to get the documents to my client to sign. Since this was going to seal my biggest deal of the year, it had to be perfect. So I pressed ‘Ctrl + P’ and waited for the printout for the most important document of the year. But nothing came out of the printer. I closed the document on the computer, opened it once more and tried printing it again. Being as late as it was, I thought everything was over. But one of my colleagues, who had seen me struggle with the printer on her way out, stopped by and wrote down a number on a piece of paper. She told me that any problem that I had with the printer, will be solved by the person at the other end of the line.
I called the number immediately and told a sympathetic technician by problem. He assured me that the problem could be solved with a few easy steps by providing printers support. The first thing he did was to troubleshoot printer problem. After a careful diagnosis, he told me I need antivirus support, since the system is infested with viruses. Since this was such a serious problem he suggested printer driver support as well. He then told me to try printing my document. It gave the command to print, but still nothing happened. He then told me the simplest thing to remove the printer from the system altogether. This made sense, he told because then everything would be as good as new. So then he ran printer Installation and printer Setup. After this procedure was complete, he told to try printing something now. With a deep breath, I pressed ‘Ctrl + P’. Immediately I heard the churning of paper in the trey and in no time my forms came out of the printer at last and in time! Now, no matter where I’m, at home or at office, I know that I can count on printer maintenance as well as printer support.
