But the fact is that if they are advised to refrain from something on that day, they will do it, because they are afraid of unknown just like any other person and deep down inside they also believe that it is not just a hokum but something well established.

Whether it is buying of land, giving their child a name, entering in the new home, wedding, funeral or in sort everything from the birth to death, they will seek the help of an astrologer and sometimes more than one (may be the first one is not talking of their favor). It is true that Astrology is a science that has its root in the mathematics and the location of the planets in the sky at the time of the birth of a person but it does not mean that you even have to go pee according to it. It can tell you what is good for you to do and what is to be refrained from but ultimately it is you who has to do the task.
