Can We Dine Red Meat? Don’t You Want To?

Many friends and patients have said which they often avoid steak, and several popular healthy diets, like the Mediterranean and DASH diets, possess a low content of red meats. But how concerned should we be?

Red meat can be great for your health, if you just eat the right amounts, don’t over-eat and you shall be fine.
