Once you have your list of race names it’s time to get even more innovative and have the individual horse names altered to embrace some solitary personalities. When nicknaming racehorses the prevalent rule is that the name must not be bigger than 18 letters of a writing system. It cannot consist of swear words, it must not be a number or a demanding to announce word. Alliteration works very well as does having a sense of farce and being able to have some laughter when making up the names – just don’t repulse anyone.

Now that you have your race names and horses named you just need a form guidebook with all this knowledge for all your guests to see. Print out a copy of each guest and give them this in advance. The form information should consist of some significant facts about the races including, the race name and each sponsors. The names of the horses you have chosen, earlier 4 starts (form guide) and jockey colours (so that you can support your horse in the crowd)
It’s now time to get the races in motion now that you have ended all your arrangements. Make sure that your Phantom Race Caller has a microphone to call the races and that they can check out the partition to see the races whilst they announce out the race calls. If you have organized added bookies to take bets and work out the payouts make sure they are equipped at the completion of the race.
