DVDs to be released in February
As February rolls around, there are a number of DVDs set to be released. If you missed seeing a film in the cinema, or loved a movie so much that have to have a copy for yourself, then buying a new release DVD is a great way to enjoy a movie without the quick turnover of renting it from a video shop.

– Eat Pray Love (2010). The bestselling book by Elizabeth Gilbert was released in 2006 and remained on the New York Times bestsellers list for 187 weeks. In 2010 the film version was released in cinemas with Julia Roberts in the starring role. The story follows the recently divorced Gilbert as she explores Italy, India and then Indonesia in her search for greater meaning in her life.
– The Social Network (2010). The much anticipated film The Social Network tells the story of the creation of Facebook and the battles and disputes that shadowed the social networking site’s rise to dominance.
– Paranormal Activity 2 (2010). This chilling tale of a demon who terrorises a husband and wife and their newborn baby is shockingly real due it its filming through security cameras. If you like supernatural horror films, then this is a new release DVD for you.
– Going the Distance (2010). This romantic comedy starring Drew Barrymore and Justin Long follows the ups and downs of long distance relationships. If you’re looking for more light hearted new release DVDs, then Going the Distance will suit your tastes.
