MLM Trainings for Online Success
Without question, success in network marketing is fundamentally dependent on the MLM trainings one receives. But one concern stands in the way; the large majority of trainings are old-fashioned and, regrettably, not effective. When I was brand new in this field, I did what I was told to do by my upline. I wrote down the top 50 persons I new who I thought might be good prospects, I couldn’t keep my mouth shut about the incredible venture I just started, and I invited scores of people to the weekly hotel seminar as well. One year later, after I had expended an enormous amount of time and energy, I was left with a weak and fragile downline.
The main problem that exists today is that almost all network marketers are using methods that would be considered “old school” to grow their downline. Alas, these methods no longer work, and one has to wonder how anyone becomes successful in MLM from using these. A marketing method that worked for Amway or NuSkin many years ago just doesn’t cut it in today’s web-based world.
Turns out, the main beliefs of MLM trainings that were used years ago were based on showing someone a “unique opportunity”, but with what we know today, that just wouldn’t be sufficient. What the large majority of “old school” marketers don’t get is that the actual product or company has very little to do with it. The main thing to concentrate on is showing people how you can generate high-quality leads for their organization using the internet, and how they can duplicate precisely what it is that you’re doing to be extremely successful.
Online attraction marketing, i.e., using the internet to pull people into your sales conduit is the method that will work in our highly technological society. Using the outdated technighes from the 70s, e.g., dragging your friends and family, kicking and screaming, to a local Marriott meeting, the future will most certainly be dreary.
However, if one learns the most recent methods to attract high-quality leads to their doorstep, and combines this with an attitude based on training these prospects how to duplicate this, then the future will be so bright that a nice pair of sunglasses might be in order.

The first one involves listening to your upline sponsor, i.e., use all of the methods that worked pretty well many years ago (hotel meetings, in-home get-togethers, conference calls, etc.).
Conversely, option number-two is a little out of the ordinary; forget about the hotel meeting and find out how to generate a tidal wave of prospects who are interested in having you train them how to generate laser-targeted leads on the internet.
These days, it makes a lot of sense to use the internet as a vehicle to supply an endless source of leads. The internet is the best source of possible leads you will find, and MLM trainings that ignore this are limited.
I personally had a hard time in my early years in network marketing because I listened to the well-intentioned counsel of my sponsors. What I didn’t realize was that effective, modern-day MLM trainings are based on taking advantage of drawing prospects into your vortex using the most potent tool ever invented by mankind, i.e., the internet.
Do not get sucked into the idea that you must use marketing methods from the 70’s to build your business; internet-based lead generation is by far the greatest way to get eligible prospects into your sales funnel. Network marketing training should be based on attraction marketing, and I guarantee this will explode your business and give you more high-quality leads than you could ever imagine.
