Why You Should Join Multi Level Marketing
I am often asked why would I want to join mlm? With all the bad publicity that it receives, being branded as one of those ‘pyramid things’, horrific stories of people getting ripped off and so called uplines that just disappear after signing people up. Mention ‘MLM’ and a large percentage of folks will have a cloud of scepticism descend on their mind.
Should anyone join MLM, is it worth it?
I want to look at some figures quickly The large majority of society is working for someone else, building their employers empire and probably will do so until the age of 60-65, in the UK where I am, the annual wage per anum per person averages around ?23,800 which equates to around $36K in the US. Undoubtedly there are many folks bringing home more than this but I just want to focus on the averages for now. Bear in mind that you will probably be working around 35-40 hours each week in order to receive this salary.
I want to use my own network marketing business as an example here to put things into perspective. By marketing products and building a team of other people to do the same you are able to create an income for yourself. The MLM company that I have partnered with, sells a product that offers incredible value to people’s lives. For every person I directly sponsor as a customer I earn $45 every month. Suppose that I spent the next year working extremely hard and after all my efforts I was still only able to garner 100 customers, even then I would be earning ?4500 each and every month which adds up to an annual wage of greater than the national average.
Naturally I am not going to be content with that I would try for 200, 300 and more sales during the course of a year. But suppose that I recruited 100 people on my front line as distributors who I would earn an average of $15 from every sale that they made, that’s another $1,500 a month. Then after that I earn 3% of everything that their distributors sell and this goes on 7 levels deep (the width of my organization is limitless). Of course you need a great product. The company I am involved with has a customer and distributor retention rate of 93%, when you consider how the products benefit people’s lives it’s not surprising.
This is a system with some great potential don’t you think?
You also need to remember the systems that are available to us on the internet and the leverage that it offers us. Given the fact that the internet offers us the chance to bring in leads all day long to your business, the power to build a residual income should not be ignored.
Can you think of any other business model where you can develop a massive residual income from the comfort of home? MLM is not some kind of get rich quick scheme so I have been very conservative in my comparison figures. You can make a lot of money with this industry but you need to think and plan long term. There are however folks that earn well over $10K a week in this business. As an example my personal sponsor has made over $28K in just two weeks (and he did this from his beach home in Costa Rica) I know he won’t mind me saying this but he started his internet MLM business 9 months ago with a budget of $250.
