It’s clear to see that a Network Marketing system has the makings to rake in a fair amount of cash and it shouldn’t be that difficult to do. Sure dedication and persistence is required as is with most things in life. So why is it that there are so many failure stories around and silly statistics like that of a 15% retention rate in the industry?
I’ve had conversations with many networkers recently and people who have not made a success of it have all said the reason they did not make it is due to lack of support from their sponsor and company. Many said that the training they got consisted of being told ‘oh make a list of your friends and family and sell the business to them’ or ‘leave your business cards on car windscreens, thorough doors, in phone booths’ etc..
In the modern world this won’t really cut it, as we all know business opportunities are 10 to the dozen and there is always someone around the corner trying to sell us something, so as a society we have built up a resistance to the common sales pitch. Many have found out that the old fashioned sponsoring methods are not effective in building a vast team of folks in our business. I discovered this for myself in my early mlm days.

These are all methods that will get the word out about you and what you can offer.
When you offer some real value to people it’s a certainty that you will be more successful in your business than if you just are pushing a company website. People tend to switch off to such websites in todays market, there’s goodness knows how many folks on the internet promoting links to a company website that claims to be the best marketing system around
To attract more prospects to you, simply provide more value, people will become curious about you and ultimately want to do business with you your organisation wanting to know more about your business. Always remember people do business with people that they trust, its human nature. Your prospects want a leader to coach them to success, if you allow it and get into the right mindset and educate yourself, you can become that leader. It’s only the leaders that will be the top earners in this industry, make definite you will be one of them and make certain sure that you are employing a network marketing system that will recruit and coach your prospects in the most efficient way possible!
