You can then verify this information by calling the numbers that he has given you, or you can also try searching it through the internet. You can input the city, the complete name and as well as the state of your client, and try to see if you can get some matches.
For new clients that want to check out the property that you are selling, see to it that you will meet them in your office and not to the site itself. Remember to insists that you two should meet in the office first, before going to the property. Let your co-workers see the face of your client, for them to know which client you are currently dealing with.
If you are going to show the property to your potential client, then you should let your co-workers know where you are heading and the client that you are going to meet. Give your co-workers all the information of your client, and let them know the time that you are going to meet him. You can also send a message alert that will let them know if you are in trouble. They can immediately go to the location, or let the police handle the situation.
