Director Rohan Sippy launched the song Dum Maaro Dum during the 2011 India – South Africa World Cup match on 12th March 2011. 45,000 people attended the match at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. The music of the film has been composed by Pritam Chakraborty with lyrics by Jaideep Sahni. India was defeated by South Africa in the match.
