1. The most important point for excel experts is that excel usually prints the whole area by default until it is not specified. Excel consultant must highlight the area that needs to be printed. This can be done by choosing the print area from the file and then set print area. To remove the current print area you need to select that file from where you need to clear the print are and then select the clear option.

3. It is very important to preview the worksheet before it is printed. The page break preview is one of the great ways of previewing the worksheet. This can be done by simply choosing view >page break.
4. You can also make your own page break by inserting column and creating new working area. To create a new work area an excel consultant needs to choose the sheet tab from the page setup, ones the file is selected in which the area needs to be created. After this you need to select the print titles options, select the row and highlight it. You can finish the procedure by pressing the ok button or other printing settings.

You can fit in the data in one page by setting up the margin to the smallest size from the page setup menu after selecting the file that needs to be resized. Then from the page tab select the scaling category. You need to select the fit to option from the category; this will help you resize the page. You can also use page size option and orientation option available to make sure that the page is perfect for print.
Page setting can also be done with group worksheets; this can be done by highlighting all the worksheets present in the file. Then excel consultants need to right click on the sheet and then left click on the select all option. You can hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the worksheets, this will help you in selecting specific worksheets from the file. After taking the print of the group sheets make sure that the worksheets re again ungrouped. This can be done by right clicking on any of the worksheet that is in the group and then from the worksheet tab pick the ungroup sheet option.
