Brett Chepenik is known to be the President and Founder of Timed Exercise. He graduated from Emory University’s Gouizetta Business School where he is active in Donna Hicken Foundation and for many other local charities. For his exceptional contributions, in 2004, he was acknowledged by Jacksonville Business General ‘Up and Comer’, which is regarded as an achievement given to those in the community who make an impact or difference in their industry or community.
Brett Chepenik is on the advisory board for Heritage University School of Personal Training in Jacksonville, FL. Along with that, he appeared on the Golf Channel for being the personal training of Laura Diaz and he was also featured on several periodicals and television shows as a fitness personality. He is the creator of the Warrior X-Fit Fitness program and is also a fitness personality for the local Fox Action News Morning Show. The Timed Exercise program designed by him is a revolutionary program that is designed to improve the fitness of any committed individual regardless of their level of fitness, age or gender in less than 30 minutes. A complete workout each day both online and at T.E. facilities offered by Timed Exercise combines cardio and strength training by using body and free body movements. During the last 15 years, Brett Chepenik has successfully completed several certification courses in personal training and has performed over 15,000 training sessions. A number of professional athletes from the LPGA, SR PGA and NFL are trained by Brett Chepenik. For the program design component of Timed Exercise, his background and experience were the foundation.
