Jaw dropping Audi A1 Clubsport Quattro
At the 30th annual Worthersee tour meeting Audio will debut the 503PS model Audi A1 clubsport quattro. The high performance model of the A1 features a modified version of the turbo charged five-cylinder petrol engine as seen in the Audi RS3 Sportback. The modifications allow the Audi A1 Clubsport to do the 0-62mph sprint in an astonishing time of 3.7 seconds and 0-124mph in 10.9 seconds.
Some of the modifications include changes to the turbocharger, intercooler, induction tract and exhaust system. A unique touch is the tailpipe, which is located on the left flank just in front of the rear wheel, as on the Audi A4 DTM.
The Audi A1 Clubsport quattro has 19 inch alloy wheels wrapped in 255/30 low profile rubber. The allow wheel feature a unique turbine design alloy wheels with large internally ventilated disc brakes, carbon fibre-ceramic on the front and large steel discs on the back. Very similar to what you may have seen on a used Audi in Surrey.
The exterior body is finished in Glacier White matte paint finish with a roof arch in high-gloss black and a carbon fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) roof. The front skirt features large split air intakes with carbon struts.
On the inside of the high performance Audi A1, the walls in the rear section of the car, tubes of the air vents and the lower section of the centre console feature matte-finish CRFP. Centre console rocker switches replace switches on the control stalk. The dials provide oil pressure, boost pressure and electrical system voltage information.
Another unique touch from Audi is that the Audi A1 Clubsport quattro can also be experienced exclusively in Need for Speed World, where it will be available to all players as a free in-game rental car.
