Branson’s Nantucket to complete construction on Phase 2 of their first rate luxury vacation residences in Branson, Missouri within the next few months. Surrounding Table Rock Lake in the Ozark Mountain region of Missouri, Branson’s Nantucket opened its first luxury single-family vacation residences in 2009. Fast forward to 2011, and with increased demand, the company has been working steadily to complete construction on their second series of homes.

Comprised of four or five bedrooms, four bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, and living room areas, wrap-around porches offering views of Table Rock Lake, “Widow’s Walks”, and elevator access to each floor, the luxury five-storey homes have been in high demand since they became available two years ago. Ray Winters, Branson’s Nantucket’s construction manager, recently commented on the increased demand, saying, “The incredible demand for our vacation units is a testament to the fact that we are getting something right with our design and layout. At a time when other resorts are scaling back, the fact that we are having to push to accommodate the demand is gratifying.” Branson, Missouri has recently become a vacation hotspot with its excellent nightlife, wide range of cultural offerings, and reasonably priced restaurants and family activities. Branson’s Nantucket, located on Highway 265 is just a short trip into town, but still far enough away for vacationers to feel like they are truly separate from the hustle and bustle of downtown Branson. The nearby Marina also furthers the sense of tranquility.
