Queenslanders can save $14,000 off new homes
The Queensland government has just announced that new home-builders and buyers may be eligible for a $10,000 grant, and Indigo Homes is putting the icing on the cake with an extra bonus.
The award-winning Queensland builder is offering $4,000 cash back on all new homes bought before September 12, 2011.
Not only will new home-buyers get a stunningly designed, value-for-money, quality home, they stand to save at least $14,000 off their purchase if they’re also eligible for the Queensland Building Boost grant.
First home-buyers are still able to receive the $7,000 first home-buyers grant on top of the boost and Indigo Homes’ cash back bonus, meaning they could save $21,000 off their first home.
The Queensland Building Boost is a six-month initiative that will give $10,000 to all Queenslanders building or buying a new home.
The Building Boost Grant aims to aid Queensland’s struggling home construction sector and encourages people to buy or build new houses plans in order to jumpstart the declining property market.
The grant is available to any person or corporation buying or building a new home to live in, or to rent out for investment purposes. The home must be $600,000 or under.
The grant will be available from August 1 2011 to January 31 2012. To find out more about the terms and conditions of the grant, check out the Queensland Government’s State Budget 2011-12 information sheet.
Indigo Homes announced their $4,000 cash back bonus in conjunction with the release of three brand new inclusions lists.
The $4,000 cash back is redeemable at handover of home only and will be provided by way of cheque or a discount off the settlement amount.
The team at Indigo believes that with the new inclusions levels and the $4,000 cash back offer, there really isn’t a better time to buy.
“These inclusions levels represent great value for money and we’ve got something for everyone,” says Indigo Homes’ Garry Harrison.
Customers can choose from the ‘Primo,’ the ‘Elegance’ and ‘Indulgence’ inclusion levels.
All three lists include an H1 soil classification study and start from $139, with the Elegance and Indulgence lists including features such as Caesarstone benchtops, designer tapwear and mirrored sliding door wardrobes.
“We’re giving customers more options so they can get the house they want,” says Garry.
