Since 1983, American Coed Pageants have celebrated the inner beauty of girls ages 3-22 nationwide. Miss American Coed encourages its contestants to strive for greatness and be the strong leaders of tomorrow. Over $25,000 in cash, scholarships and prizes are awarded annually on the state level. Over one million is awarded nationally!
The Miss American Coed Pageant has been the leading beauty pageant for children, teenagers, and young women nationwide. We offer natural beauty pageants for females ages 3-22 in the areas of: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New England and New Jersey as well as nationwide. Our pageant website features our beautiful and intelligent scholarship winners. In addition, our pageant website can answer all of your questions about natural beauty pageants. Our three main segments of competition include: eveningwear, interview and personal introduction. These competitions give contestants a chance to showcase their natural beauty, poise and communication skills. In addition, our beauty pageant offers optional contests in: talent, academic achievement, volunteer service, photogenic, actress, speech and runway model.
Here’s a glance at the pageant weekend schedule. On Day one of competition, contestants will register with the pageant. Attendance is taken and all important pageant paperwork is turned in. Next, an orientation is given where schedule is reviewed. Contestants are treated to a fashion show and door prizes are given away. After orientation, begins the optional contests and rehearsals for the final pageant! This is where the fun begins! New friendships are made and old ones are rekindled! The first day closes out with a celebration party! The next day, contestants compete in more optional contests, as well as rehearsals. The glamour begins that evening when contestants compete in the eveningwear competition. The final day of competition brings the interview and introduction segment. Contestants will state a 20 second speech about their goals and hobbies, then they meet individually with each judge to speak further. This is their chance to just be themselves! We wrap up th e pageant weekend at the final pageants, where we crown our beautiful winners, Miss American Coed!
The new queens begin their journey as Miss American Coed, first by participating in a natural beauty photo shoot, which is featured on our pageant website. Several pageant workshops are conducted for the winners to prepare them to do their best at the national competition. And most importantly, the winners tour nearby states promoting the American Coed Pageant and supporting causes that are dear to their heart. Many have volunteered for various charitable organizations, in addition to starting their own. The queens do enjoy such luxuries as walking the red carpet at haute couture fashion shows and being featured in television and magazines nationwide.
American Coed girls leave their mark wherever they go. American Coed Pageants will continue to be the standard in pageants for girls across the country.
