New Kia Service plans for the Picanto

The new KIA Picanto will be the first KIA model to be available with the manufacturer’s service plan options. Customers buying a new KIA Picanto can opt for a three or five year service plan. For £259, the Care-3 package covers the first three services within either 36 months or 30,000 miles. The Care-3 Plus package, at £499 covers the first five services within 60 months or 50,000 miles.

Like all manufacturer backed service plans the KIA plans include all labour work carried out by trained KIA technicians and all parts and oils used will be KIA specified. The service plan will ensure a full service history for the vehicle at the end of the Care-3 or Care-3 Plus package.

Both the three and five year service plans can be purchased once the vehicle has been collected. If after the first three years of ownership the owner wants to keep their Picanto then they can top up the service plan by adding £275 including VAT which will extend the package for the full five years.

The Care-3 and Care-3 Plus packages are transferable from the first owner, with the used KIA second owner being able to purchase the top to Care-3 Plus if it wasn’t initially purchased by the first owner. KIA Picanto buyers who use the KIA Financial Services option can pay for the Care-3 or Care-3 Plus service packages within the finance agreement.
