How To Maintain Remy Full Lace Wig
Have you ever washed your full lace wig and heard that tearing of the lace, and then you screech in horror?
Here is how you can avoid this.
Step one-
If your full lace wig has matting and knots everywhere add your favorite conditioner into a spray bottle. (be generous). Into the same spray bottle you will need to fill the rest of the spray bottle with luke warm water. You are now going to spray your full lace wig with your mixture. As you spray you are going to want to work your fingers through the hair. BE GENTLE. Take your time with the unit. And Rinse the unit throughly
Step Two-
Once the majority of the matting is smoothed out you will need to soak the hair into a basin with warm water add 3 quater size amounts of your favorite shampoo. Soak the hair for 30 minutes. If the hair is very matted you are going to want to soak the hair for 4 hours. in the warm water.
Step Three-
After the hair is finished soaking remove the hair from the basin and take your time and remove any remaining matting of the hair. Place the hair back in the basin and hand wash the hair gently. Do not scrub the hair. Turn the hair inside out so the cap is showing and make sure to wash the lace. Be gentle.
Step Four-
Rinse the hair in cool water and gentle squeeze out any excess water and hang to dry on a wig head and add your favorite leave in conditioner to the hair
Step Five-
Once the hair is dry you may style as desired. Do not add any heavy hair oils or products to the hair.
