Cereals can be the start of a nutritious breakfast if you combine it with low fat milk and fresh fruits. Another excellent breakfast combination can be whole grain bread with a glassful of milk and two hard-boiled eggs. Yogurt and granola is another quick and easy way to start the day right.  Although these preparations should not take much of your time, on a busy day, you can consider about more flexible breakfast options.

Buy whole grain muffins on your way back home and enjoy with peanut butter the next morning. It will take only a moment from your busy schedule. You can also carry dried fruit, apples or a banana with you and have them on the way to office. A fresh fruit smoothie, is a great idea if you like to drink your breakfast and there are an infinite number of flavors to choose from so you will never be bored. Sometimes the easiest breakfast is one you can make at the office. Tamar Genger thinks that oatmeal or granola is perfect for keeping in your office and cubicle whenever you get hungry.
