Verdict of yoga pants between Under Armour and BodyPost

BodyPost have recently added these latest yoga pants to their “Athletic Generator” collection, and I wanted to see if their performance actually matched the hype. However UA Base Leggings from Under Armour is one of the widely used products that are the best choice for winter holiday. I wanted to know which one is better than the other. I have noted some important points according to my findings about yoga pants from these two companies, those are:

The cost of the UA base bottom is $69.99, besides you can get the BodyPost Athletic Generators with just $38.50 including free delivery. The material property of both pants is of excellent quality. Both bottoms are machine washable and fast drying. These features make those daily usable.

The BodyPost pants come in two options – Black with a bright lemon stitching around the pockets and on the back, or black with lilac contrast. They have flattering flared legs, and give a “fitted” look without looking tight. Similarly Under Armour bottoms are of two colors with Black with Pacific Blue and Pacific Blue-Lilac combination. They have a little tight look, which I feel would highlight every imperfection, and are flattering only on the slimmest figures. If you consider design priority, BodyPost bottoms should be first choice. These pants have been designed to fit in all kind of figure. Moreover, the color choices are more elegant, as I think the pacific blue color offered by Under Armour to be overly bright; something I would not feel comfortable wearing.

Both of these legging style pants include their own cool and dry technology, which is important for winter activities, as you may get hot and sweaty even though the temperature is cold. Both bottoms also include anti bacterial fabrics technology. The Under Armour leggings are designed solely for physical activity, while the BodyPost ones also can be used as casual wear.

You have to wear UA yoga pants as an extra layer during extreme cold weather because it got tight looking appearance. It will also give you good result when you are working in extreme cold. The BodyPost “Athletic Generator” ones would be more versatile, as they are suitable for all types of activities, and can also be worn as leisure wears. Based on all the above points, the obvious winner for me is the BodyPost Hybreeze Sports Generators. Though if you need to wear something under other one in extremely cold weather, UA leggings would be a nice choice. However, for my own requirements, the harsh colors, stretched fitting style and high price tag did put me off. The BodyPost one is by far the most versatile and stylish choice.
