Whenever new business deals or transactions occur, do not shrug it off immediately as if your business has no room for newer deals. It’s best that you ask yourself questions that come to your mind whenever a new business transaction comes along.
To help you picture out the reasons why, here’s a particular situation:
The seller may be having some doubts and difficulties. In turn, he doesn’t like to let you take care of his loan. But they do want to move on as quickly as possible, so they would rather opt to put up the property for a “fire sale” price.
But you have one problem though. Your business model is your barrier to investing on this deal.
So, what’s going to happen now? What’s your next move?

Q: Where are these investors found? Do I know someone who can recommend me to these investors? Where will I find investors in case nobody I know knows an investor?
By asking these questions to yourself, you now have an idea on how to succeed in business transactions such as these.
Just remember to try out all possible resolutions no matter how weird or stupid they may be! You never really know what comes along – your best solutions may even pop out of your silliest ideas!
