Essential oils: various applications for personal and environmental
Those of you who use essential oils are powerful know how. In most cases, depending on the circumstances and use only a few drops are needed. I can use these wonderful oils for almost everything. As I use (Emotional Freedom Technique) EFT for all. My belief is that if you find something that works, that is effective use, especially if it is natural and healthy for you.
Furthermore, the use of essential oils can reduce their costs because they are used in small quantities (the fall). Purchase of numerous products to clean the bathroom and the kitchen can be very expensive considering the initial cost and the cost to repurchase the same goods in the long run. If done with chemicals, which are also toxic to your health and wellbeing.

Revive potpourri or sachets by adding a few drops of your favorite essential oil.
Apply one or two drops of lavender or tea tree cuts, scrapes, scratches, insect bites or burns.
A blend of lavender, geranium, bergamot and relieves anxiety and depression. The use of a room diffuser or 6-8 drops rather than in a bathroom. You can also take with you on a tissue and use it throughout the day.
Place five drops of lemon essential oil in a mixture of half water and half vinegar to clean windows and mirrors.
Use a spray of basil and lavender in water to get rid of flies or place 3-4 drops of each in a decorative fabric or ribbon and hang out.
Place your favorite essential oil on stationery and envelopes to send letters and cards.
Saturate a soft cord or rope with Pennyroyal or Tea Tree to make a natural flea collar. Roll into a handkerchief and tie loosely around the neck of your pet.
Rub a drop of rosemary, lavender, mint or basil in the back of the neck or the temple to relieve headache. A friend of mine told me that she rubs on her forehead when she had a migraine headache and pain go without using drugs that are commonly used.
Put a few drops of peppermint on a cotton ball or directly over the area where ants enter (unless they are concerned about oil damage the floor or carpet or at the counter if placed directly on it). Peppermint essential oil is also good to keep cockroaches. It is also ideal for opening nasal passages and help you breathe.
Add 10 drops of essential oil in a box of baking soda or cornstarch to mitigate odors from carpets, mix, let stand for a day or two, sprinkle on carpets, let sit for one hour, then vacuum .
Put a few drops of citronella candle or the embers of a barbecue to protect themselves from mosquitoes.
Put a few drops of essential oil on a cloth towel or cheese cloth and toss in dryer for drying.
For sore muscles or arthritis mix one part tea tree, sage, basil and vegetable oil to four parts and massage into the affected area.
