Driven by an piston hydraulic motor, the inline doubles turbines blower design (1st turbine feeding the 2nd) ensure sustained flow—even under difficult conditions (longrun, multiples elbows and connections). A 15 to 25 GPM hydraulic flow is necessary to properly run this blower configuration.
Unlike the compressor systems that rely on pressure to handle the products— the pellets are “carried by the airflow”, not deteriorated and keep their combustion properties while minimizing dust during the operation. An additional electronics on board weighting system can be added to the system to meet deliveries and commercial requirements.
The turbines kit is mounted on the back doors of the trailer/container. Handled material (wood pellets, Luzern pellets,animal bedding…) are conveyed to the turbines air flow, by gravity through rotating valve gate—or by an auger or even a moving floor.Versatile, the blower kit can be adapted to any ex isting equipment (truck blower, tipping trailers, containers for hook lift and roll-off hoists…). The 15 inches diameter kit will even fit the lightest truck series.
