Coat Tales – women’s coats
It’s official – autumn has arrived, so it’s time to invest in women’s coats that will see you through the winter and beyond.
Finding the perfect winter coat always seems to be a challenge; it can be hard to find a coat that will complement all of your outfits while keeping you warm and not being too expensive! Fortunately River Island has lots of stylish women’s coats in all of this year’s must-have styles and colours so you are sure to find the coat – or coats – to complete your AW wardrobe.
It’s always a great choice for winter, but this season faux fur is an essential. Go for plain shades of black, brown or cream or go dotty for Dalmatian print. Leopard print faux fur coats are surprisingly versatile and have been spotted on the likes of Florence Welch, Alexa Chung and Kate Moss. Meanwhile, the catwalks saw some fun furs in bright shades like pink and purple brightening up the wintery palette. If you’re feeling brave, these could be for you!
