National Food Manager provides instructor-led food safety training classes, an easy-to-read study guide, including an eighty question prep test and administration of the Florida Approved Food Manager Certification Examination through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. National Food Manager and Food Safety Certifications, LLC has never missed or cancelled a food safety class for any reason. If the customer misses a food safety training class or needs to reschedule, this can quickly be arranged. National Food Manager allows customers to miss up to three food safety training classes with no additional charges. If customers have students who are unable to attend a food safety class, they may simply send along another student to take his/her place.
National Food Manager offers the most affordable food safety training services available and a guarantee that states “If you don’t pass you don’t pay.” In the unlikely event that a student does not pass the state approved food safety examination, he/she is invited to return to the open class for free training until the examination is successfully passed. National Food Manager offers its Platinum food safety training packages that include instant online training sessions, interactive knowledge reviews and interactive mock certified professional food safety tests. Customer’s students are equipped with the Food Safety Test Study Guide. Examinations for online students will be conducted at any of the FSC open class locations and the valuable guarantee applies. Upon the successful completion of the food safety course, students will receive a certificate and wallet card. National Food Manager’s Gold food safety package is available in two options – the online or the open class option – both of which offer the benefits of the Platinum Package. National Food Manager’s customers may purchase multiple online food safety training classes for their staff and will assign each trainee a specific name. Customers then supply the staff members with the username, password and the name assigned them and they can logon to complete their food safety training course. The Food Safety Examination is available in many languages. All alternate language exams are written in both the alternate language and English. When ordering the food safety training classes from National Food Manager, the customers should state the language of preference in which their students wish to take the examination.
