Vacation places in India
If you’ever dreamed about a Vacation to Rajasthan choose any Vacation Packages India, then let me tell you about this wonderful desert land. Since i was child I was taking Rajasthan Vacation with my papa and then, in recent years I have had the good fortune to meet lots of French and German people are here on rajasthan holidays. It’s made me incredibly grateful to have been born in this soulful desert kingdom in the east of india where camels roam the burning sands and elephants blare their trunks majestically when the sun rises.
My mother was called Amrita which means honey of the Gods and it is to her that I owe the good fortune of my life. As a child she fed me camel milk and also the meat of camels, which made me strong. She also sung me the desert lullabies of our tribe, which speak of love and honour and the wealth of a man who has access to good water.
Due to the proximity of our house to the town of Pushkar, I would often come into contact with a lot of holidaymakers and tourists during my childhood, wandering in the bazaars who would buy me mithai – sweets, and occasionally let me see my own image on their miraculous cameras. These people would always tell me that their holiday in rajasthan was full of beauty and kindness and that they were sad to be going home. As a child I had no idea that my own land was so special, nor that people would pay ungodly sums of money for their rajasthan holiday package, sometimes several times what my father made in a year.
All in all, I learned a lot from these mysterious foreigners, or goras as we call them here, who stroll through the markets with their camera equipment, pointing their lens at all the ladies without realising how conservative our culture is, nor that ladies don’t appreciate being photographed by swarthy germans with 2000 dollar cameras around their neck.
So there you have it – the tale of my life, which has been a rajasthan trip if you know what I mean, bringing me from the age of 0 to 31, and now a succesful used car salesman selling shiny new datsuns to all the Sikhs who come down from Amritsar thinking they’re going to get a good deal.
