Prosperity depend on the others needs.

Would you rather be the salesman that have many satisfied customers or the one that have to run away from his? Let’s see which one is better. Many years ago I was working as a salesman and I found that the main attribute to become prosper and built good lasting relation, is the ability to find what the other need and fulfill that need. When I was trying to make a sale, the first thing I would do after presenting myself, is ask questions in order to find what that person is in need of and I would suggest a customize product only once I knew. On the other hand, if I were to impose a product, I might be able to sale it, however in the long run this would result in bad relations and a high level of cancellation or return.

How to become more prosper? The more people we can fulfill, the more prosper we become, this mean that the others deficiencies has to pass before our own. The equation goes like this, I fulfill you and in return you fulfill me, now let’s imagine that you have that mutual relation with a thousand people, that is a lot of fulfillment, now a million, that is even more fulfillment. Accordingly, one need to move from the mindset of how I can take advantage of the other to how I can completely fulfill the other.

No matter what is our field of activity, this is the correct approach for long time prosperity. This approach also bring good healthy relations, appreciation and respect from our environment. Let’s not forget that true prosperity is more than just an accumulation of material wealth, all aspect of life have to be included and fulfilled. Therefore, let’s fulfill each other and become prosper.
