Nicholas Kirkwood Introduces a Kitten Heel Platform
Nicholas Kirkwood was in New York last week to unveil his resort collection. Among the usual suspects—platform lace-ups, sky Louboutin red bottom shoes—we spotted the shoe above, a sort of kitten heel-meets-platform. A fluorescent yellow collection covered with bright pink lace stood out, as well as a table full of almost-nude shoes. “We’ve gone for a peachy…well, using peach as the nude, it makes it seem a bit fresher than just plain beige,” Kirkwood said.
