Better environment equal better health.

Some factors in a environment are essential for proper health, we now know that stress is responsible for many disease and this include both physical and mental disease, thus, living in a better environment does improve our health. Mental diseases such as depression and stress is growing in western societies, this should be an indicator that we have to change the ways by which we are connected to each other.By having good healthy connections with others we are less likely to be depressed or be overwhelmed by stress.

What is an healthy environment? A good environment offer mutual support and each part feel that their contributions matter, also, it provide the basic things, such as food, sex, security, family etc, which are all needed for a good health. The notion of mutual support is an important one because without it, people might want to separate rather than connect and also it make sure that no one in that environment is in lack. There is less stress in such place, knowing that you can count on the people around you and rather than compete against each other you cooperate with the others, this remove a lot of tension. Such place is built with corrected connections between people, altruistic connections rather than egoistical ones where everyone wants to pull and keep everything for themselves. Too many people are already trading their health in order to make it in such system of connection, therefore, going toward a better environment with better connections is the solution.

Health is too important to sacrifice, efforts should be make in order to be in a better environment that provide good healthy connections. We can save ourselves from many illnesses and unnecessary sufferings with such changes. These changes have to come from us first, mutual support is the key.
