How To Take Care of a Fisherman

My husband used to be one of the most popular fishermen in Williamstown. He would go every morning and spend at least 5 hours in the lake and then bring fresh fish for lunch or sell it at the market. Now, a few years after he had a surgery and had to drop fishing, he has his own fishing boat in Port Philip Bay and normally offers sunrise fishing tours to the incoming tourists. Luckily his hobby became a very profitable business for him during the past year when he started recovering.

But regardless of the fact that I have always tried to support him in everything he wanted to take up I was never able to understand his passion for fishing and his absolute intolerance for people who are not interested in sailing or fishing. And another thing that I was never able to get over is the horrible mess he makes every day after he gets back home: a mixture of mud, soil, fish smell and cigarette smoke is all I am able to sense amongst the huge number of odours he emits. And believe me it is a real challenge to love this man after having to clean after him daily with the most powerful detergents on the market and to wash his clothes with the best laundry products available as well. I have thought about calling Cleaners Melbourne a lot of times but it will be extremely expensive to have them over every day. Although cleaning services Melbourne companies offer good special quotes for regular customers I still don’t consider myself unable to do it myself. It’s actually the endless cooking and ironing that bothers me more. In fact taking care after a fisherman is like raising a child hard and endless process. But it is an extremely rewarding activity when you see a smile on the face of the person you love.
