Skin types and treatment
Normal skin treatmentNormal skin is clean and fresh, taut and supple and have equal tan. Normal skin doesn’t have spots, enlarged pores, pimples, red spots, white spots, noticeable broken blood vessels.
Weather changes do not affect the condition of normal skin. This type of skin tolerates equally water, soap and various cosmetics.
If you have normal skin:
Use mostly distilled or softened water at 17-20 degrees and a mild neutral soap. Avoid washing your face with a sponge.
Do not use frequently hot water while washing because this will make skin dry and rigid. Use towel gently with blotting without friction. Use lotions with alcohol less than 25%. For this type of skin more suitable are nutrients, vitamins, fruit, dairy masks. Apply only light and subtle no fat containing creams.
Sensitive skin treatmentDelicate and sensitive skin doesn’t tolerate sudden weather changes, especially changes in temperature. In such moments this skin turns red. Often reacts to cosmetics, dust and dirt. Clean this type of skin with softened or distilled water and neutral soft soap.
If you have sensitive skin skin:
Do not use tonics and other cosmetics with alcohol. Creams containing synthetic ingredients such as paraffin, vaseline are not appropriate. Avoid exposure to strong sunlight and wind.
Use milky creams made of natural materials, beeswax, royal jelly, almond oil, peach oil, olive oil.
Dry Skin treatmentDry skin have reduced secretion of the sebaceous glands. It loses elasticity easily, quickly aging and is prone to early formation of wrinkles.
If you have dry skin:
Pay attention to your health and hygiene. Use soaps rarely. Preferable are oily or nutralen soap. You can replace the soap with a fine cream for better clean up. Wash your face at night mostly with softened or distilled water. For cleansing of dry skin you can also use milk. In pour boiling water about 200g add 50g milk, allow the liquid to cool and settle. Clear water and wipe the face with a tampon soaked in it. Sun exposure of dry skin or wind, cold, snow, shampoo is not recommended. During the day, brush the skin with a greasy day cream. If the skin peeling, replace soap with home prepared mask of warm water and mash of corn, rice or almond. Leave the mash for 5-10 minutes and wash it with cold water. Choose cosmetics carefully if you have sensitive skin, clean it with a mixture of egg yolk and olive oil. Dry only with soft towel without rubbing.
Oily skin treatment
Oily skin have enhanced secretion of the sebaceous glands, it’s shiny with dilated pores. This type of skin can be easily inflamed. It’s peeling easy and forms acne. Alkaline mineral water is very suitable for the oily skin. Oily skin bears more liquids than the rest of the skin types.
If you have oily skin:
Washed it 2-3 times daily with warm water at 30-35 degrees and neutral soap. Carefully use borax soap, then rinse with cold water. Another simple thing you can do for the oily skin is to use a soap pad foam sprinkled with salt. Wash the face with a cotton swab moistened with lemon juice or simply a piece of lemon. Avoid using greasy creams, oils, they make the skin even more greasy. Take more often vitamins H, B and C and also foods containing them. Avoid fatty, baked and sweet foods. Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables. Frequent sun exposure is recommended.
