Dan Feder’s Commitment to Learning

As a student in entrepreneurial studies from USC Marshall School of Business, Dan Feder has learned valuable tools about getting ahead and reaching for success. When he finished his degree from the prestigious Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and began to build a very successful company from the ground up, he discovered that learning never actually stops. In a competitive market, business owners are required to keep up with the latest innovations or risk falling when they miss the mark.

Dan Feder’s degree was only the beginning of his passion to learn and explore new ideas. As he built his company, that drive to continue learning led him to update his knowledge about the latest developments in technology and the businesses of his major competition. The more he learned, the greater his successes at business became. He also discovered that understanding the regulations was an important part of building a company that could last, so he took the time to study the laws and regulations relating to his business.

Though the college degree and subsequent advances in the business world built upon his love of learning, the foundation to his commitment for learning began in his youth with his parents’ encouragement. It was his parents who told him to reach for his dreams. With big dreams of starting a business, he did as he was encouraged.

Mr. Feder approaches every business venture as a learning experience. He also believes that employees who want to learn will most likely succeed. takes responsibility for his employees, ensuring that they have everything necessary to learn and understand the business. These values have been a contributing factor to his continued growth and prosperity.

Mr. Feder even takes the principals learned in school and work to the community with the numerous events and projects he is involved with. Organizing events, such as Guys Night Out for the Friends of Israel Defense Forces, or working with the Ronald McDonald House ROMP Gala to raise funds has allowed him to spread funding where it is needed, but also to promote his value of lifelong learning.
